How do you ensure the freshness of food during shipping?
All perishable items are packed in high-density insulated liners with industrial-grade gel packs or dry ice to maintain optimal temperature throughout the transit process.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Where does Guinther's ship to?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes to ensure timely arrival of fresh products.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
